The most important factor in defining the overall performance of any high performance snowboard is the stiffness. Too soft and the board folds or washes out. Too stiff and performance on ice diminishes. Working with riders of all abilities, we took their feedback and compared this to the known stiffness of the boards they were riding. It became apparent that top performance could only be achieved by tailoring the stiffness to the rider’s weight and style.
With the data gathered from our testers, we generated flex and stiffness charts. These charts act as a guide during construction to hit that critical, proper stiffness.
Each of our boards is designed around a certain average weight of rider. With slight modifications to construction, we can obtain the proper performance for everyone within its range.
Boards are tested for deflection under a standard load during manufacture, and before being shipped.  This number is engraved into the sidewall, along with the serial number, and ensures that the board is the proper stiffness for its original owner.

STANDARD construction includes: --durable ABS sidewall sandwich construction -- glass & carbon construction (balanced for durability) -- full wrap around metal edge (if desired) -- sintered graphite base -- minimum 16 forged stainless steel inserts -- our exclusive hand made wood core (pre-cambered for excellent shape retention) -- sublimated top sheets in a variety of graphic designs and colours.

WORLD CUP CUSTOM construction also includes: - foam and rubber inserts, in the tip and tail of the core, for additional vibration absorption.

SUPER BOARD TECHNOLOGY construction also includes WCC and: - the ultimate in dampening, this construction is favoured on longer GS boards -- additional rubber built into the core to isolate the edge -- extra intra- laminar rubber to reduce vibrations. Available in two levels depending on amount of board rebound required for the rider's ability level.

TORSION PLUS LAMINATION option consists of: - additional biaxial and longitudinal fibers for a more torsionally stiff, rugged construction.

MICROGRAIN GRAPHITE BASE option consists of: - the fastest base material we could find! This option is great for wax retention and that elusive speed advantage over your competition.
